Tim had been waiting patiently since I last left CA sometime in July. So by the time I came to paint their home in Danville, Erin had some pretty strong feelings about how deep a color she wanted on the house. After driving through the neighborhood and selecting a few homes we liked, Erin and teen daughter Emma, came up with the "Adaptive Shade" choice from the Sherwin Williams collection. Nice, Huh...; ) The problem areas were plentiful and to eliminate the chance of recurring cracks and separation, I used a flexible elastimeric patch that works extremely well in Fla. There should be no problems for years to come with XIM primers and two coats of Sherwin Williams A-100. My thanks to both Erin and Tim for waiting patiently not only those 3 months but also during the frustrating front door lock episode. Love your dogs too even though they were sometimes a little scary. : )
